It is with great pride that we offer you cakes, cupcakes, macarons and more, that are moist and rich in flavour, using only the finest of ingredients, and made entirely from scratch.

Located on the sunny coast of Northern NSW, Byron Bay is home to a wonderful and vibrant community. We are so lucky to be surrounded by lush, green hinterland brimming with a bounty of fresh and delicious produce. We believe that is why our cakes taste so good! We have gone to great lengths to select ingredients that are of the highest quality, are ethically produced, and locally grown or manufactured.

Organic, plant based milks are used in place of dairy, and Tara makes her own delicious vegan butter in-house daily. Generally no eggs are used in our treats, however, on the odd occasions that they are required, the eggs are sourced from our gorgeous flock of rescue chickens here on the farm at Ewingsdale. They are much loved and live happily with their rescue animal family 💕. Our key ingredients, including chocolate and fondant, are locally produced and sourced and do not contain any palm oil. There is a little shiny halo of goodness in every sweet treat we create!

Tara Pearson, founder of Byron Bay Cake Boutique, made her dream a reality in 2011 when she turned her passion for baking, cake decorating and desserts into a business. Over many years she has developed a vast knowledge, technique and a secret stash of show-stopping recipes. She is also highly regarded for her sugar art and is able to create anything from a simple 3D sugar sculpted teddy bear, to an elegant and realistic sugar flower.
